Corporate Travel and Event Coordinator

    Are you driven on being organized with planning events, corporate functions and have experience coordinating and arranging travel accommodations? We want to hear from you!

    Our client in the legal industry is currently seeking a Corporate Travel and Event Coordinator to join their firm downtown Toronto. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate all company trips including but not limited to;
      • Preparing itinerary
      • Coordinating transportation
      • Prepare guest lists and sending invites
      • Securing venue, food and beverage menus
    • Submission of expense reports related to company travel
    • Secure appointments with current and prospective clients
    • Prepare travel packs for lawyers and executive teams

    Qualifications:

    • Must have experience as a Corporate Events Coordinator
    • Must have experience booking domestic and international travel
    • Must be able to juggle and balance multiple trips
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
