    Our client is a boutique sized financial institution and they’re currently expanding their HR team and adding a Bilingual(French/English) Human Resources & Payroll Assistant to join their team.     What you’ll be doing:

    • Be the point of contact for French-Canadian employees
    • Maintaining employee information, filing and data entry
    • Managing semi-monthly payroll processing
    • Provide support to their Director and the HR department with day-to-day functions
    • Benefit Administration
    • Maintenance of HR & Payroll files
    • Other duties as required

    Who you are:

    • Fully Bilingual (French/English) both written and verbal
    • Creative and innovative, ability to be flexible with a fast-growing business
    • You have 2-3 years of Payroll & HR Administration
    • Hands-on HR experience in either a start-up or mid-size organization
    • Experienced with Ceridian Dayforce
