    Kelly Services has a customer in Mississauga, who is a distributor of Electrical and Automotive partsm and they are looking for a Receptionist/Accounting who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. 

    Responsibilities:

    ·         Greet customers and other visitors;

    ·         Direct incoming phone call inquiries

    ·         Invoicing for daily outgoing shipments

    ·         Issue credits for Quality, Warranty, Returns and price adjustments

    ·         Close out unconfirmed pick tickets

    ·         Maintain interdivision Transfer log

    ·         Filing

    ·         Other Ad Hoc duties

    Requirements:

    ·         Minimum 1 years’ receptionist experience in a fast-paced working environment

    ·         Detail oriented

    ·         Must be fluent in English

    ·         Strong phone contact handling and communication skills

    ·         Team player

    ·         Experience with ERP systems, preferably with Prophet 21

    ·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Perks:

    ·         Permanent Full-time role

    ·         Work Monday to Friday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
