    Our ideal candidate will have previous experience providing administrative support and have strong communication skills verbally and written. Candidate will also need to possess great time management skills and ability to work in a fast pace environment.

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative support or in a similar position
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a face paced environment
    • Ability to meet fast approaching deadlines
    • Willingness to learn

    Responsibilities May Include

    • Answer inbound calls and emails
    • Supporting a department or management administratively
    • Entering data into database and update database as needed
    • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail and couriers
    • Scheduling meetings and making necessary arrangements such as catering, meeting rooms etc.
    • Drafting correspondences, letters and memos
    • Running various reports as needed
    • Greet and direct incoming visitors to the appropriate person
