- High School diploma / GED or equivalent in related work experience
- Receiving inbound calls & outbound calls
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask (ie: multiple computer windows, typing & talking)
- 30+ wpm minimum keyboarding ability
- Schedule & hours: Must be available for Monday-Sunday 11:00 am – 3:00 am; 40 hours/week
- Duration: 3 months
