Corporate Receptionist

    Do you strive on excellent customer service and have experience as a Receptionist? If so, we have the role for you! Our client located in North York within the real estate industry is seeking a Receptionist to join their corporate Canadian office on a full-time permanent basis. 

    What you'll be doing:

    • Greeting incoming clients
    • Opening and closing of the office
    • Answering inquiries via email and phone
    • Type correspondence, reports and other documents including regular memos, regional and national mail-outs
    • Schedule appointments as needed
    • Opening mail and couriers and ensuring it gets to the appropriate individual
    • Administrative duties as assigned

    What we're looking for:

    • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Reception or Corporate Secretary experience
    • Post-secondary education is a must
    • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
    • Excellent Customer Service skills
    • Superior time management and organizational skills
