      Core Responsibilities: Prepare and present financial business review reports and updates for leaders and other stakeholders; Document and maintain allocation methodologies for various departments; Work with other cost analysis and accounting groups to align with budget, forecasting, and reporting policies, processes, and practices; Identify and implement opportunities for improving reporting and analysis of financial data, budget-related tools and practices; Analyzes IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities
    • Compliance Manager
    • Support quarterly compliance management (access review) activities.
    • Cyber Risk Management
    • Follow-up on risk mitigation activities on a monthly basis with Digital Asset Managers and other stakeholders as required.
    • Generate monthly Cybersecurity Risk Reporting.
    • Initiate cybersecurity risk assessments and risk decision forms on SharePoint for review and approval.
    • Follow up with stakeholders on pending items by sending out regular reminders on overdue tasks.
    • Documentation of risk assessment activities by working in FileNet P8 to generate EDMS numbers for uploaded risk assessment reports, approved risk decision forms, and collected feedback.

In the absence of formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy Duties: Involved in highly complex matters and business processes that have impact for the organization and involve Senior Management strategic decisions.
