Bilingual Customer Service Representative

    Kelly services is looking for a Bilingual Call Centre Representative for a temporary, long term opportunity with a potential to become permanent at our client in Toronto.

     

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Answer customer’s inquiries and complaints via phone or email while ensuring appropriate action is taken
    • Maintain case notes
    • Complete special projects as needed
    • Work closely with other client and customer service representatives
    • Participate in team meetings

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Must be Bilingual in French and English
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Minimum of 1-2 years in a call centre environment
    • Working knowledge of a defined benefit pension plans is an asset
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel, Word and Access
    • Strong English & French skills both written and verbal
