    We are looking for Administrative Professionals who come with the following:

    • Calendar management - experience managing calendars for senior level managers
    • Preparing meeting minutes (minutes, outcomes, action plans, follow up)
    • Preparing documents, reports, presentations as required
    • Assisting to verify invoices related to the department for both accounts payable and receivable
    • Maintaining & updating documents and databases
    • Compiling and maintaining distribution lists


    • Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • 3+ years administrative experience
    • Advanced knowledge of schedule management, Calendar, and E-mail
    • Proven organizational skills
    • Ability to communication (both written and verbal)at an executive level
    • Proven time management and delegation abilities
    • Proven attention to detail
