Customer Service and Collections Representative (Bilingual)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound calls and deal with general customer inquiries
    • Provide resolutions to customer concerns while maintaining positive and professional conduct
    • Direct telephone interaction with delinquent customers to minimize delinquency while maintaining customer satisfaction
    • Creativity in locating debtors


    • Must be fluently bilingual in French and English
    • Customer Service and call center experience is an asset
    • Courteous and professional phone etiquette
    • Post-secondary education is preferred, must have a minimum of high school diploma
    • Ability to problem solve and multi task
    • Computer knowledge and accurate typing skills


    • Post-Secondary Education preferred
    • Minimum of High School Diploma

    Shift work required.  Must be available to work Monday through Thursday 6am to 8pm, Fridays 6am to 5pm and Saturdays 7am to 1pm (rotational shift, work every other Saturday).
