Bilingual (French) Order Entry Clerk

    Responsibilities:

    • Editing and entry of orders from various sources
    • Proof reading orders for accuracy
    • Answer all communication from customer service representative and suppliers providing information and assistance
    • Update comments and scheduled shipping dates accordingly

    What is Offered to YOU:

    • Permanent
    • Pay rate $16.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
    • Full time hours (up to 40 hours/week)

    What You Must Have:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
    • Must be fluent (verbal and written) in French
    • Must have own vehicle; location is not on bus route
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
    • Excellent data entry with accuracy
