Office Assistant/Document Controller

    Please note the position is for a contract role for the new year 12 months contract

    Contract start date: Feb 6, 2020 - Feb 8, 2021

    What Will You Do?

    • Provide administrative support to a department or individual, specifically in document coordination and control
    • Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences
    • Sorting/distributing mail and data entry
    • Ordering Stationary and supplies
    • Document control (revision and version control)
    • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.

    MUST HAVES:

    • High school diploma, post secondary education would be preferred
    • Minimum of 4 progressive, related experience in various aspects of Office Administration
    • Understand document control and revision for drawings and documents within a database (difference between a version and revision control, etc.)
    • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
    • Strong Data Entry skills with high proficiency in MS Office (excel, word, etc)
    • Working knowledge of FileShare, SharePoint, Bluebeam Revu and scanning of documents/ drawings using printers/plotters
    • Familiar with Autodesk software like AutoCAD, Vault, Design Review and TrueView
