Office Administrator

    We are looking for an energetic and personable Office Administrator to join our client’s company, one of the leading property management company in Canada, at Vancouver Downtown office. The right candidate is an individual who has mastered customer service and a professional attitude. Your strong interpersonal skills balanced with excellent communication should put you soaring above the rest. The ability to juggle multiple and competing deadlines is essential. You will work under the direction of the Property Manager to provide administrative support to achieve or exceed the goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, partners and contractors ensuring friendly, knowledgeable and prompt service
    • Support the Owner with daily workflow including managing meetings, writing memos/reports/agendas and ensuring project deliverables and deadlines are met
    • Establish and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the office is well organized, functional and presentable
    • Support project deliverables by assisting with the scheduling of contractors, sub-contractors and labourers and by creating and maintaining spreadsheets reflecting budgets, timelines and project plans
    • Market project builds to prospective clients through online marketing as well as preparing and delivering in-person sales presentations to clients

    Requirements:

    • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Office Administration
    • Minimum five years’ experience in an Office Admin or similar role
    • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
    • Resourceful, creative and keen at problem-solving and learning new things
    • Customer-service oriented; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Committed to privacy and confidentiality
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Able to travel between various work locations when necessary
