Payroll & Benefits Administrator

    • Recent Graduates Welcome
    • Permanent, full-time


    • Administer and process bi-weekly payroll for salary, hourly and on-call employees
    • Process pay adjustments, retroactive and vacation calculations and payments
    • Maintain payroll related data files including electronic files in the HRIS
    • Process ROE forms
    • Process employee pension enrolments and contribution changes
    • Process employee benefit enrolment forms and changes
    • Assist with T4 distribution


    • 6 months to 2 years of payroll experience but would consider recent graduates as well
    • Post-secondary education in Accounting & Payroll
    • Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certificate through the Canadian Payroll Association, complete or in-progress
    • Background check will be required
    • Proficient skills in HRIS systems and MS Office applications
    • Exceptional customer focus
    • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to identify and harness the emotions of others and yourself to achieve positive outcomes
