    • Respond to incoming customer inquiries - pre-sale, sales, billing, shipping, order processing and product technical inquiries
    • Technical troubleshooting
    • Continious follow up with customers via calls and emails
    • Use phone, email and live chats to reach customers
    • Provide feedback to supervisors to help improve internal processes 
    • Assist with new product testing


    • High school diploma
    • College diploma is an asset
    • 2-3 years of experience in a fast paced customer service setting
    • 2-3 years of experience providing high quality customer experience via phone and email
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure


    • $17.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
