Accounts Payable Clerk

    • Full-time hours


    • Preparing cheques for payroll and / or payables
    • Processing invoices
    • Posting information to accounting ledgers (i.e payables, general ledger)
    • Performing a variety of routine and non-routine accounting activities in accounts payable or related financial area
    • Reception coverage 


    • 3-5 years’ experience in accounts payable
    • Post-secondary diploma in Accounting is preferred
    • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Must have own vehicle; location not on a bus route
    • Intermediate level in MS Excel
    • Well organized and able to multitask


    • Pay rate $17.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
    • Weekly pay via direct deposit
    • Permanent opportunity for the right candidate
