Accounting Clerk/Admin Assistant

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answering Phones
    • Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Payable , scanning and filing
    • Payroll for up to 20 employees
    • Organizing and distributing documents
    • Making files, completing clerical tasks
    • Other duties as required

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • 2-3 years experience in a similar Accounting Clerk role
    • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Simply accounting software
    • Highly organized and analytical, with outstanding attention to detail
    • Proactive and team-focused, with a willingness to take on new challenges
