    BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

    Responsibilities:

    ·         Answer and respond to inbound phones calls.

    ·         Process orders by Phone, Fax and Email via the ORACLE database.

    ·         Give status of purchase orders, sales orders, returns, credits, and shipping.

    ·         Provide professional support to customers and others within the organization.

     

    Education and Experience:

    ·         College Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

    ·         3+ years experience in customer service, ideally in a call center and/or order processing environment.

    ·         ORACLE experience is an asset.

    ·         Proficient and professional in customer service by phone.

    ·         Bilingual (oral and written) in both English and French.

    ·         You will need to learn customer service and operation procedures.
