Administrative Assistant - Investments

    One of our invest management clients located in the heart of downtown Toronto is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with benefits, vacation and more! 

    The ideal candidate will have direct experience in investments and have successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). 

    Your Day-to-Day:

    • Provide daily administrative support to the COO
    • Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements both domestic and international
    • Preparing documents, correspondence and reports along with creating presentations for various mediums
    • Ensures the client contact management system is updated, on a daily basis
    • Provide exemplary customer service to high net worth retail clients
    • Ensures client file is up to date within the time periods prescribed by IIROC
    • Coordinate and complete special projects as assigned 

    Who You Are:

    • Must have 3-5 years working in an administrative capacity within the investment industry
    • Successful completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
    • Registered and Licensed with IIROC
    • Self-motivated – a "can-do" attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Experience working in a small boutique is an asset
