    • Calling customers to schedule service appointments
    • Dispatching service and inspection technicians
    • Collect work orders and prepare invoices for billing
    • Report technicians' hours and keep track of completed inspections
    • Perform follow-up service calls


    • Minimum of 2 years experience in an office setting
    • Previous experience in dispatch or call centre
    • Administrative Assistant diploma or equivalent work experience
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and use good judgement
    • Maintain professionalism at all times while communicating with both internal and external customers
    • Demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
