    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to wide range of telephone inquiries from Customers and Dealers. 

    • Responds to and resolves incoming dealer/customer inquiries and requests;
    • Documents processing (e.g. lease or loan transfers, processing contracts, sending documents to dealerships);
    • Prepares customer correspondence, including lien release, statements of account and payout letters;
    • Completes outgoing calls including lease transfer follow-up, payout problems, and any other calls necessary to respond to inquiries or issues.


    • Must be Bilingual (French/English)
    • University degree is an asset
    • Capacity to maintain a customer focus in challenging circumstances and with high call volumes
    • Proficiency in learning new computer systems and solid keyboarding skills
    • Excellent ability to multi-task and attention to detail
    • Good decision making skills with the ability to impact the company in a positive manner

    • Location: Mississauga, close to Highway 401 & 427 (accessible by Public Transportation)
    • Monday to Friday total of 40 hours per week
    • Day shift (rotation shift, must available 9am to 9pm),
    • Position is an ongoing assignment through Kelly Services
    • $23/hr + 4% Vacation Pay + Eligible Statutory Holiday Pay + Vehicle Purchase Plan + Kelly Services Benefits available
    • Prompt weekly pay via direct deposit
